Madam Helen Nguya has Bachelor in Agriculture Rural Development and Teaching, Master in HIV/AIDS and Rural Development. Worked with Agriculture & Community Development Institutions for 15 years, also she worked for 10 years with the Catholic Archdiocese of Arusha as the Managing Director of the Development Department. She managed very well 15 development projects which were funded by Misereor, Caritas Germany International, Caritas Aachen, Church in Need, CAFOD, SCIAF, Catholic Relief Service (CRS), Cordaid, Partner shaft for Afrika, Caritas Australia, Caritas Tanzania and Social Action Trust Fund.
For the past 9 years up to date Helen has been working as Managing Director of TRMEGA Projects on Training activities for empowering the people living with AIDS on Nutrition/Health and Economic improvement, Provision of Free Lunch in Schools of Vulnerable children and Coordination of Tanzania Slow Food Gardens project. For the past one year TRMEGA expanded its’ activities by implementing a Program on supporting the Most Vulnerable Children and Youth, Widows, Very poor women and Caretakers of the most vulnerable children (MVC Program).
